The primary responsibility of this position will be to increase the number of sales opportunities for our growing team. You must be able to provide exceptional customer service that builds the trust and confidence of our client base. This role includes prospecting and nurturing our pre-qualified leads via telephone and managing all aspects of the leads for our Listing and Buyers Specialists. 


This is NOT for the brand new, rank amateur telemarketer seeking a short cut to proficiency nor is it for the failed telemarketer unable to make a living. Responsibilities:


· Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs


· An active listener that offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients


· Primary duties include outbound calling, email communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle to ensure the needs of our customers are met


· Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies served by our team in order to expand our clientele and build our business


· Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion


· Use our CRM to compile a list of all leads and regularly follow-up on those leads to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process


· Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections, determine timing and motivation, provide team value proposition to prospective customers so that they can identify our company's values, professionalism and integrity


· Attend on-going skill development and training that will ensure your success and that of the team


· Create and maintain a database of prospective clients to ensure organization and follow-up on all leads


· Understand client needs to more effectively offer solutions and support
